Holy moly, I cannot believe I haven’t done one of these since January :-0 As stated in our last post, I am trying to make a conscious effort to get back on track with our blog. Life kind of took over and I am happy to be back!
I am so excited to share what I have been reading and give ya’ll a heads up on what I am reading next 🙂
WWW Wednesday is hosted by Sam on Taking on a World of Words. If you want to join in on the fun, be sure to tag the original post in the link above. Or feel free to answer the questions in the comment section below! And please feel free to leave your link in the comments as well.
What are the three Ws:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Currently Reading
Thi got a little carried away on Netgalley, and like any good friend, I decided to take on the adventure with her. I really should have said no, but here we are! So I am currently reading two romance arcs and I really am pretty excited about both of them (Anchored Hearts and Happy Endings)
I have also be in a historical fiction mood lately and have really been enjoying them on audio. So I am very excited to continue listening to The Last Bookshop in London.
Recently Finished
A Court of Silver Flames, not much more to say other than I love this series and this book was no exception 😉
As I said, I have been in the historical fiction mood, so I listened to The Rose Code. This was an excellent audiobook and a great story. I would definitely recommend.
Lore was a buddy read and it was truly fantastic! It was such a unique take on Greek Mythology and was really well written.
Firekeeper’s Daughter might delve into murder, and is marketed as a mystery, it is so much more. This story celebrates Ojibwe tradition, the love of family and community, and the strength to survive.
Lastly, The Yellow Wife. I finished this book a few days ago and I really still don’t have words for this book. It is a full 5 billion stars and something I will forever recommend.
What’s Next?
As previously stated, Netgalley should be blocked on our phones and computers… My next reads are three Netgalley arcs (Arsenic and Adobo, It Had to Be You, and Cool for the Summer)
Have you read any of these books on my list? What are you currently reading or planning to read? Lets have a chat down in the comments! Also, feel free to post your WWW Wednesday links 🙂
As always, thank you so much for supporting our blog. We appreciate all the love and support!
I’m not the biggest fan of YA mysteries, so I’m wondering whether I should read Firekeeper’s Daughter or not. I also did this for the first time on my blog!

Firekeeper’s Daughter is technically listed as a YA mystery, but I thought it really was so much more!

Don’t you find that doing WWW Wednesday makes the weeks fly by so quickly? I’ve only been doing them for three weeks, but it’s a great way to see what everyone else is reading and I’m really enjoying trailing through everyone’s posts. Have great week of reading! Of these I’ve only read, and enjoyed, ACOSF. Several of these are already on my TBR, but you definitely have me adding Yellow Wife!

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed The Rose Code! I’ve been curious about The Last Bookshop In London as well… I somehow managed to resist the ARC invitation, but I’m kind of regretting that now haha. I hope you will enjoy your books this week and happy reading!

I haven’t read any of these but I do have quite a few of them on my TBR! The romances especially look and sound really good and I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts on them. Happy reading! 😊
